RAIDBOXES GmbH provides Software as a Service (SaaS) in the field of cloud hosting.

RAIDBOXES GmbH automatically collects and stores server log files transmitted by your browser, including:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (previously visited page)
  • Hostname (IP address)
  • Time of the server request

These data cannot be attributed to specific individuals. No merging of this data with other data sources takes place. The data are automatically deleted after statistical evaluation, at the latest after 7 days.

We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with RAIDBOXES GmbH that defines the scope, nature, and purpose of access to personal data. Access is limited to what is technically necessary for the provision of hosting services.

Data Transfers to the USA

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we store the information you provide, including your contact details, to process the request and handle any follow-up questions. These data are not shared without your consent.

Data processing is based on:

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – if your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures.
  • Otherwise, processing relies on our legitimate interest in efficient communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if provided.

Your contact form data will be stored until:

  • You request deletion,

  • The storage purpose no longer applies (e.g., after your request is fully handled).

Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected, particularly under § 147 AO (10 years) and § 257 HGB (6–10 years) for financial records.
